Khorasan Science and Technology Park

Ali Jahedi, director of the ICT Technology Incubator, announced that this event was the first in the world to include a direct AI judge on the jury panel and the analysis of the thinking models of the founders of three major technology companies—Steve Jobs (Apple), Bill Gates (Microsoft), and Jeff Bezos (Amazon)—that was adapted to the conditions of the Iranian market. He added that participants were trained on how to use AI tools in designing, accelerating, and launching businesses.

The startup weekend, held under Techstars global standards with an AI-driven approach, began with the review of more than 60 ideas. The 11 teams presented their final products through elevator pitches (Pitch Talks) to mentors, advisors, and distinguished judges, practicing key entrepreneurial skills from business model design to final presentations before investors.

On the final day, three teams were recognized based on innovation, feasibility, and market size:

AgentFa – AI assistant for automated product management, pricing, and content creation for online shops

Abrak – AI assistant for managing, training, and monitoring children’s mental health and emotional skills

Mohajeryar – Data-driven platform to solve confusion and fraud in academic migration using matching algorithms

The event was organized by the ICT Technology Incubator of Khorasan Science and Technology Park, the National AI Association of Iran, Hamfekr Mashhad, and the AI404 group, and was held at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, bringing together technical and creative talents from the provinces of Khorasan Razavi, Golestan, Sistan and Baluchestan, North Khorasan, and South Khorasan.

Specialized workshops were also held on topics such as business model canvas, building a minimum viable product, product design with AI tools, investor pitching principles, and financial issues.
